Both. We are proud of our providence and even prouder of our tech.

JUCCI fruit is grown and handpicked on orchards at Mangrove Mountain on the Central Coast. of New South Wales. This area is known for it’s volcanic soils and sea breezes, this microclimate grows the best citrus in Australia.

It’s bottled and sent to our state of the art HPP (High Pressure Processing) facility in the Big Smoke where it is lovingly rid of all pathogens and shipped.

Lime? Orange? What Varieties Are Available?

JUCCI currently offers Raw Tahitian Lime, Blood Orange, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Local Lemon and Navel Orange in the all year round range.

Ask about our bespoke blend service for your group. We are not afraid to graft to order.

What about shelf life? Citrus usually doesn’t last.

What is cold pasteurisation?

An awesome new food technology.  

We harness the power of cold water pressure to cold pasteurise,  this knocks over all the spoilage organisms that live in food,  but generates no heat so all the citrus high floral and fragrant notes remain,  just like hand squeezed.
